The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers you and your family members a free, confidential source for help with issues that affect your daily lives. 

Topics may include:

  • Marital/family or personal conflict
  • Grief or bereavement
  • Substance abuse
  • Depression
  • Psychological or emotional issues
  • Financial challenges
